My reservations stem from the scope and extent of the proposed changes, both as presented for the Middleton Inn itself and as outlined in the proposed new set of standards. In the latter, I am particularly concerned about points W.2, W.3, and W.7. The wording regarding parking seems far too imprecise. Stating that the parking areas should be “reasonable” leaves open too much room for disagreement and misinterpretation.
