a correctly functioning emergency services system. Obviously, this is the goal we all work toward.
You are absolutely correct, county citizens do send in their yearly $10, $25, $50 dollar donations to their emergency service organization of choice. We all certainly appreciate those donations and make very good use of them. It important to realize that those monetary donations do not get the ambulances and fire trucks to your door step, or, to that highway accident scene. It is those very few emergency services volunteers who make that happen.
I do not believe the citizens of this county understand how much time and effort is demanded of it's volunteer emergency services personnel. It takes on the average of two
