Taking more than three years of intense writing to complete, he promised Sandra he would never head down that path again. A year later, he began compiling a brief account of how they had come to leave professional careers to start a cottage industry in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Like many of Richard’s projects, he just couldn’t seem to stop once he got started.
Seven years later, the 10page short story has grown into a four-book project. The first book was published last March. If all goes well, the second book should be released this coming spring, with the last two volumes following in succeeding years.
