With the property lying in his district, supervisor Bryant Lee added that he has been talking with people in the Hampton district and has found no opposition to M.T Puskar Construction purchasing the factory. Therefore, Bryant made the motion to accept the contract from Puskar.
The motion was seconded by supervisor Roger Welch.
