Addie F. Keyser

Addie Florence Wharton Keyser, 102, of Washingtotn died Dec. 4 at Fauquier Hospital.
She was bom Aug. 3, 1902 in Rock Mills to the late Samuel Wharton and Julia Hitt Wharton.
Mrs. Keyser was a lifelong resident of Rappahannock County and a member of Gid Brown Bible Baptist Church. She was retired from Avtex Corporation.
She is survived by two sons, Donald Keyser and his wife Pam of Alexandria and Daniel Keyser of Sperryville; and three daughters Virginia Cloud of Washington, Jeannetta Pullen of Flint Hill and Marie Rutherford of Front Royal.
Additional survivors include 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and neighbors.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Keyser is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Keyser, a grandson, and 11 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were held on Dec. 7 at Found and Sons chapel in Culpeper with the Rev. John Burke officiating. Interment followed at Washington Masonic Cemetery in Little Washington.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Washington Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad, 10 Firehouse Lane, Washington, VA 22747.
