What those wanting to adopt will know is the composition of the family. In other words they will know how many family members there are and their different ages and sizes.

With the extra money it has left over, Social Services will often give a small stipend to foster parents so that they can buy their children Christmas gifts.
If anyone is interested in donating, all non-perishable items can be dropped off at the Social Services Office in Washington. People can wrap gifts and fill in a description of the intended recipient. For instance they could write that the gift is an article of clothing for a girl around the age of five or six. -This way Social Services can best determine to whom the gift may go.
