As a subscriber and admirer
of your paper, I was disappointed twice over with the article in the Countryside section of the Nov. 25 issue of the Rappahannock News.
The lead story titled, “Chef O’Connell gives holiday cooking class for RAAC,” unfortunately described the event as being kicked off with a parody of Mr. O’Connell processing into the laughing and applauding class as the “Pope of American Cooking.” He was lead by an “altar boy” swinging a thurible of burning incense.
