Watch repair shop
On the walking tour, participants saw where Mr. Engham had a watch repair shop, jewelry display, and barber shop in Sperryville at the present day site of Uncommon Sense. Mr. Russell shared that in 1881 James Engham made his first venture into real estate at the age of 23.
