Reckless driving
charges
A 1997 Nissan Pathfinder was totalled on Thursday, Jan. 27 at 12:25 p.m., sending the driver, Kevin W. Munley, 24, of Warrenton, Va. to Fauquier County Hospital.
Munley, who was charged with reckless driving and driving on a revoked license, was headed west on Route 211 near Route 640 with cruise control in operation on the vehicle when he saw two deer in the road.
The driver swerved to avoid collision with the deer and the vehicle ran off the road and flipped over.
Munley was transported by the Flint Hill Fire and Rescue Department.
