• Restrictions on use. In addition to the uses restricted by the sales agreement, there are additional incompatible . uses that should also be restricted as part of the proposed Commercial General zoning.
The following uses will still be permitted at the Aileen plant: kennel, travel tr^ler park, motor vehicle impoundment lot, auto service station and repair garage, auto sales and service, truck and heavy equipment sales and service.
All of these uses are incompatible in our rural residential neighborhood in Flint Hill and should be restricted as part of this pending rezoning.
• Truck size. The proposed lumber/contractor yard could result in a high volume of large trucks that the area roadways and nearby intersections will be unable to accommodate.
