Within five days of opening, the owners found that they would need at least one more person to help with the baking.
That is when they hired a college student, Josh Fantaci.
“He quickly learned about baking, and is really good,” confirmed Waller.
Each one of the bakers has a specialty.
For Wayne Waller, a flight test engineer in his “real” job, it is the doughnuts.
“He is really good with thSh,” laughed Eileen Yilmaz. “It’s quite a stretch from airplanes.”
