A two vehicle accident at the intersection of Routes 522 and 626, just outside Washington, resulted in a failure to yield the right of way charge against Brandy LeAnn Jenkins, 22, of Tiger Valley Road, Washington.
Jenkins’ 2002 Chevrolet crossed both west bound lanes of Route 522, striking Claude Allen Bright, 65, of Spenyville. Bright was driving a 1987 Isuzu Pickup.
