Alaina Love is a woman with a mission. A former top executive with a multi-billion dollar corporation, she opted to leave the mainstream corporate environment to pursue creating her own business.
“Why did I do it? Essentially, I had reached a point in my career when'values in my life and in my work needed to come together. The latest and biggest promotion I was offered left me cold. I asked myself why. And it simply came down to one critical element. The job didn’t line up with personal values that were fundamentally important to me; and the company I was working for didn’t even think of asking me what I was passionate about,” remarked Love who chose to leave her corporate employer. In the interim, she has created a thriving business as a consultant.
