“Will the dumping of treated sewage into the Rush benefit the health of the river?” And; “What would be done with the treated sewage if the Rush River didn’t exist?” I trust the answer to the first question will be “no” and the answer to the second has obviously not been explored or we wouldn’t be embroiled in a controversy.
The folks in favor of the dumping should be held accountable for failing the residents of this county.
