Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, construction management or a related engineering discipline with at least two (2) years professional architecture, engineering and/or construction management experience, including direct design, supervisory and administrative experience. Prefer an additional two (2) years administrative management experience including supervising staff. Valid driver's license. Appropriate Professional License (Virginia) is desirable.
