Mrs. Morrison obtained her BS and MS degrees in elementary education from UCLA and spent much of her professional life teaching at Hillcrest Drive Elementary School in Los Angeles. From 1965 through 1983, she lived in New Providence, New Jersey, and served as an assistant principal and principal at Grant School in Westfield, New Jersey.

She is survived by her husband, Alexander Morrison, Jr., of Oakton, Virginia; daughter Alexia Morrison, and granddaughter Amanda Meighan Shuker, of Flint Hill, and nephews Desmond Wilkinson and John Wilkinson both of Pasadena, CA., and Byron Wilkinson of Irvine, CA.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 4, at 110 Fogg Mountain Lane, Flint Hill.
