Pictured in the front row are: Brandon Lee, Kim Hutcheson, Evan Espinola and Morgan Cloud. In the meantime, the Rappahannock County High School concert and jazz bands will hold a pre-festival concert Thursday, March 9 in the school auditorium. The bands will play various selections that they will be performing at a spring festival that they will attend in May in Sandusky, Ohio. Admission is free, but the band is still seeking donations toward its fundraising efforts for new uniforms.
