March 4: Lady Biker Group!

Do you have a motorcycle and love to ride? Looking to find other ladies who like to do the same? Then come to Griffin Tavern on Saturday, March 4th at 1pm to attend a meeting of the minds to start a Lady Biker group. March 6: Chess anyone?

Beginning in February, every Monday night at Griffin Tavern in Flint Hill — will be Chess League Night. Come to the pub from 7-9 p.m., sign up with Chess Master John Maxwell (author of the chess book Blitz Theory) and battle your opponent on our beautifully designed chess tables courtesy of Richard Olah. Rescue League Meeting

The next meeting for the Rappahannock Equine Rescue League will be Monday, March 6th at 6 pm at the Griffin Tavern. Conservation District Meeting

The Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District will hold their meeting on Tuesday, March. 7 at 9:30 a.m., in Madison at Graves Mountain Lodge. March 7: Oriental/Belly Dance

The last Oriental/Belly Dance class series taught by Charmaine Lee ended last Tuesday and the next series will start March 7 at Belle Meade for 6 weeks until April 11th. Democratic Committee

The regular monthly meeting of the Rappahannock County Democratic Committee will take place Tuesday March 7 at 7:30 .in. at the Rappahannock Public Library. A short video on the Supreme Court will be shown. The meeting will be preceded by a social hour at 7 p.m.
