Katrin Wince loves taking care of people and making them feel better. She and her family recently opened up tneir home to a very ill foster child so the adoptive parents could leave the country to care for another relative. Katrin also regularly takes care of the pediatric and orthopedic patients on the third floor at Fauquier Hospital As a clinical technician, she assists the nursing staff with IV starts, blood glucose monitoring, dressing changes, and just about anything else the patients need. Katrin loves working at Fauquier Hospital and plans to stay because of the people and the atmosphere 'We re a Planctree hospital, which means it's always cheery," she says. "Everyone is always smiling and they're always willing to help. With us,, it's all about teamwork, and I like that. It really keeps me going.'
