SynergyDance moves
to Belle Meade
The nomadic SynergyDance class taught by Virginie Audrain, RPP is now leaving Ki Theatre which is starting to be very busy with wonderful plays and performances, our heartfelt thanks to Ki Theatre's magical space for having hosted us this past Summer. Our next destination is Belle Meade, its beautiful light, space and floor where a weekly Wednesday class will be held. Also new is a monthly Saturday morning class for the folks who can't make it every week. Here is the final plan for the rest of the Fall as we start a new series of 6 classes. I do hope that you can work with the tune that is available to us. Beginners are most welcome.
As each class is unique and brings in itself each time a different flavor, we do give a direction to the energy so it doesn't expend itself in useless ways as Doctor Stone, founder of Polarity Therapy explains. This process encourages the uplifting of our spirit without denying how we may feel in the present moment. This Fall, we are exploring the big picture that Polarity Therapy paints of the cosmos, its connection to the human being and how our body is created energetically. As any model, it presents only an aspect of the truth and we can test it and try it to verify how well it works and how far it can take us. Charmaine Lee, creator of SynergyDance has used and still uses the principles of Polarity Therapy to continue to let SynergyDance evolve. My hope is that in sharing this information, your experience of the class will be richer and that you will be able to take those tools to live and love even more fully your own lives. For the weekly class we meet: '
started October 25 and will go until December 13
Wednesday from 9:15 till 10:45am drop-in $18
$^c^asa tbe series $15, a total of 6 classes remaining
For the monthly Saturday mini-workshop, we will have the remaining two classes:
Saturday November 18 and December 2 from 10 30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. drop-in $25
I still recommend to dress warmly in layers and to bring your own mat.
