In a county that is rapidly aging, every new baby is a welcome addition to the community. Congratulations to Steven and Kyra Howell of Sperryville who are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Lilliane Belle Howell, bom October 11, 2006 at 8:44 p.m., weighing in at 9 lb. 1 oz. and measuring 20 Vz inches long. Mom, Dad and big brother Mason are all thrilled with the new addition to the family

Folks are wondering what will happen with that grand old building. I do not have news for you about future plans, but I can report that Cliff Miller’s goal is to bring in a program that will really benefit the community. He is taking his time, talking with people, and trying to develop a viable, quality plan.
