Nov 3: Schneidman
shows at Sansar Gallery
Rappahannock artist Sara Schneidman will be exhibiting new paintings in a show entitled “Inner Space” at Sansar Gallery in Bethesda, MD from Friday* Nov.3 - Nov. 27. Eleven new paintings, new rugs, and a newly published book, Regenesis, celebrate 20 years since her first showing at Sansar. Schneidman has a studio in Culpeper and enjoys a wide following among Rappahannock folks.

Nov. 4: Whiting’s landscapes
Artist Bill Whiting will display new works at an exhibit in the Sun Studio in Front Royal. Whiting, a self-taught artist, celebrates the landscapes of the Shenandoah and other rural areas of northern Virginia. The exhibit opens Saturday from 2 to 5 p. m. and will remain on display through December 2. Sun Studio is at 20 East 8th Street in Front Royal. For information, call 636-6511.

Songbook at The Theatre

Studio and Gallery Tour
This year will mark the second annual event which drew over a 1,000 visitors last year. A food court has been added this year in Sperryville! Stop by the Washington Fire Hall, pick up your map and head out to discover or rediscover your favorite artist. The event will be held on November 4 and 5, from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. rain or shine. A suggested $10 donation per person will be used to support the work of the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community.
