Position with Loudoun County Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services at the Eastern Loudoun Medical Health Center. This position will be responsible for the maintenance of client medical records, evening front office duties and ensuring records are in compliance with State, Federal, Medicaid and HIPAA regulations and licensure. Will also be responsible for the data entry of demographics and performing quality assurance of the records. Other duties include providing customer service and responding to inquires both in person and by telephone, providing client check-in services in addition to issuing service tickets and receipt of payments. This position requires a working knowledge of computerized data collection systems and data entry proficiency with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Requires High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of related experience Associates Degree and at least two years of related experience preferred May require occasional evening shifts. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check, TB test and driving record check and a valid driver's license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
