Old Rag Hikes
The Ragged Mountain Resource Center will be resuming a variety of hikes this fall and winter, starting with a Full Moon Hike of Old Rag Mountain on Sunday the 5th of November.
This is a strenuous yet beautiful hike, suitable for anyone who is in relatively decent shape.
Students and children are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants should meet at the small upper parking lot past the large lower lot near Nethers by 5 p.m.
Comfortable but supportive footwear, layered clothing, a small pack with water ahd a snack, and a back-up headlamp or flashlight are recommended. There is no charge for the hike, though donations are appreciated.
