Whoppers come from. Another contributor cynically suggested that the next natural step would be to cover the fresh cuts of meat at the grocery store.
On a daily basis, we see on TV the ugly things people do to one another, not to mention the carnage of war, and terrorists and bombings. If I had my druthers, I would much rather take my child by the hand and explain a few things about the natural order of life and death, than to have them exppsed to what has become routine on the nightly news.
This may be instructive. Roger Flinchum, a crackerjack trivia player and a teacher in our public schools, loaned me a book last week. The book is by Christopher Camuto, and is titled. Hunting From Home, A Year Afield in the Blue Ridge Mountains. A great read. I was taken by Camuto’s words on the killing part of hunting.
