•There are so many resolution possibilities for you to explore when starting or continuing your healthy lifestyle. Whatever resolution you choose as your own, remember, you can succeed! Go into it with a positive, enthusiastic attitude, and don’t defeat yourself and your resolution before it gets started.

If you do resolve to eat healthier, it may be easier than you think. Healthy fruits are sweet in taste and they contain the sweet, natural sugar that your body craves. Give them a shot when you crave something sweet. TVy a healthy portion of vegetables for complex carbohydrates that are needed to fuel your body instead of overindulging yourself with too many breads and pastas.

And don’t completely eliminate fats from your diet. Your body needs those too. Simply make sure that you’re incorporating good dietary fats in your diet and stay away from foods that are high in saturated fats.

We all know that exercising consistently can be hard when you work full time and still have responsibilities at home.

•But make conscious effort to make the time; just 30-minutes every other day can be effective enough to put you and your resolution on the right track. Once you’re on track, stay there. Don’t give up. Make increases when neoessaiy and as you’re able, but the bottom line is keep it up!

So you see, those little New Year’s resolutions really aren’t as scaiy as we always make them out to be.
