Happy New Year! The new year has arrived and our lives are resuming a more routine pace after the hubbub of the holidays. Some of us look sadly 1; back at the holidays and long ;• for the good times we had, the time with family and friends, the sparkle of lights , and good cheer. And some of us feel great relief that everyone and everything is back where they belong! Regardless, at the end of the holiday season, most of . us get the urge to put our ' ■ lives in good order. This is also a very appropriate time to take stock of our living environment, and plan to make some improvements! Function, beauty and sentimentality are parts of what our living environment - should offer us. Our homes are our haven from the outside world. Some of us live AND work in our homes, and combining that means further need for the organization of our visual environment.
