The sewer ordinance, service district ordinance and easement agreement for the town of Washington’s sewer system have passed. The last hurdle at last week's Town Council meeting was the Architectural Review Board.
At issue was whether the ARB would find the grinder/pump station electrical panels and lights as meeting the visual requirements for property improvements. The top of the light is 24 inches from the ground on each sewer customer’s property.
