life threatening to Marv Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. The other, Chris Ubben, was transported by ambulance to Culpeper Regional Hospital. Both have since been released from the hospital.
The suspects are known in Rappahannock County and have previous arrest records in Rappahannock and surrounding counties, officials said. They are known to have family and relatives in Rappahannock.
The three suspects, all of whom were charged with conspiracy to commit robbery are Alan Wynkoop, 18; Julie Ann Powers, 30, who also was charged with possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon; and Daryll Brown, 26, who also was charged with two counts of possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
