Ron Frazier for asking the tough questions and pursuing efforts to get the full answers on various big money items in the county.
Mr. Frazier seemed to be the first supervisor to listen to the appearing citizens at the March meeting who raised questions on the possible county purchase of the Kramer building. This resulted in the beginning of a due diligence process that revealed the county would be overpaying by $155,000 for the building.
His questions with the School Board revealed that some or all out of the county students were not pay
