tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 to 113 cup tap water

6 cups or so fresh kale (washed, drained, stems removed and torn by hand into random 1 inch pieces

Put soy sauce and water into a large skillet. Add damp, tom kale. Cook on high, covered, 1 minute. Remove cover. Continue cooking (stirring occasionally) about 2 minutes more or until tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.

Rosemary Oil

Absolutely gorgeous for salads, scrambling eggs and brushing on meats before grilling. Try it on a toasted baguette then top the whole thing with sliced tomatoes from the garden. Yum!

Rosemary oil is pure heaven and you’ll find dozens - if not hundreds of uses for it!
