New look
The new face at Shear Designs in Amissville belongs to Ashley McNeely, a 2000 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. McNeely, who grew up in Flint Hill, joined owner Missy Brackenridge at the first of the year and Brackenridge is “delighted." For the past eight years, McNeely was a stylist at salons in Culpeper. At RCHS, she Studied cosmetology in a program within the school curriculum. As Barbara Tabor of Amissville sat for a styling one day recently, she observed met “AsNey> doii^jy*,^ good job.’ :
