A game plan that works As one of the managers in charge of our hospital’s main computer system, Kevin Sexton is best known for his technical expertise. But as a leader, he’s known for his cooperative coaching style.
“I try to be encouraging and work along side my staff, rather than dictate from above,” Kevin says. “And staff members know that I w'ould go to any lengths for them, both professionally and personally.”
Kevin was a life coach for an employee who recendy completed the smoking cessation program, and he coaches for other support groups as well. Kevin believes, as a Christian, he’s just doing what God wants him to do.
