Ideas for staying healthy in hard times will be explored at the “Community Conversation on Aging” Thursday, April 30 from 9 a.m. until noon at The Link in Sperryville.

The session, sponsored by the Rappahannock Eldercare Coalition and Aging Together, will offer suggestions ranging from the homey comfort of a cup of chamomile tea for stomach ills to high-tech, free online resources with local options for long-term care, respite, rehabilitation and personal services.
