Ruby B. Green
Ruby Bailey Green of Amissville, VA died on April 16, 2009 at Fauquier Hospital.
She was bom on February 26, 1929 in Elkton, VA to the late Lester and Stella Bailey.
Ruby was a member of Amissville United Methodist Church and worked as a cook at several establishments in the area.
She is survived by her husband Mitchell Green and her children, Melody and her husband Carroll Settle of Amissville and Charles Mitchell Green, Jr. and his wife Eileen of Dumfries, VA. She is also survived by her grandsons, Jason Settle, Michael Settle and Daniel Settle and his wife Brooke, and a great granddaughter, Kirsten Settle.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, Apnl 24, 2009 at 11am at Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Amissville Volunteer Fire Department, RO. Box 147, Amissville, VA 20106.
