Rappahannock News Photo/Sarah Latham WINNER OF THE HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT held Saturday at the Rec Center in Washington was Craig Murray of Alberta, Canada, who threw a high percentage of ringers. Murray is a missionary with the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints and is spending some time in the Rappahannock-Culpeper area. He received a trophy presented by Phil Butten, president of Rappahannock Lions Club, on behalf of the Recreation Department.
