If you are missing a billy goat, it may be temporarily living at Big Meadows in Shenandoah National Park.
Park Rangers recently impounded a white male goat that was found on the Skyline Drive in the vicinity of Swift Run Gap. It has been impounded at the Big Meadows Ranger Station. The goat is quite tame and has obviously been kept as a pet. Several Park residents and workers have taken a liking to the friendly critter—in spite of its rather strong smell.
