School students in grades 6 through 9 will visit France for eight days in May 1978, according to William Lynn, the school’s Administrator.
The trip has been arranged through the FrancoAmerican Committee for Educational Travel, a branch of the French Cultural Ministry, by Dr. Eugene P. Cognon-d’Harcourt of Wakefield, a native of France.

The Upperroom Singers from Richmond will present a musical program at 3 p.m. Oct. 2 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Woodville for the benefit of the church’s young adult choir. The public is invited to the program, sponsored by Mrs. Minnie Brokenburr. Pastor of the church is the Rev. U. S. Brokenburr.
