Needs Help
The Rappahannock Athletic Association will meet on Thursday, May 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the elementary school auditorium to start on plans for this year’s baseball program. Volunteers to serve as organizers, coaches and umpires are needed. Election of officers for the Association will also be held. Parents or anyone else interested in helping with a baseball program for boys and girls ages eight to 18 are invited to attend.

Applications are being taken by the U.S. Postal System for a substitute rural carrier at the Boston, Va. post office. The examination for applicants will be given in Charlottesville.
