Adults are responsible for the appalling conditions at the trash collection points. The same adults that are supposed to serve as examples for young people. Thank goodness kids from Flint Hill, Amissville and Chester Gap have found their role models somewhere else.
These youngsters deserve recognition for the work they’ve done to keep Rappahannock beautiful. Unfortunately, it’s been a “do as we say, not as we do” operation as far as the adults are concerned.
