Dawson III of Huntly, Virginia, has applied to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County for approval of subdivision plat covering a tract of land lying and being situate in Wakefield Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia containing 480 acres more or less, to be known as Sommarbeth Estates Subdivision. The applicant is seeking to subdivide the 480 acre tract into sixteen (16) lots ranging from 25 to 50 acres.
