Concert

The Rappahannock Chorus will present its annual spring concert on Saturday. May 13, at 8 p.m. in the old school house in Washington. Selections will consist of early 17th century music, music by J. S. Bach, songs from "The Sacred Harp,” gospels, early English ballads and interesting 20th century novelties.
Mrs. Gloria Harris will direct the group and Mrs. Beverly Clark will provide piano accompaniment. Special guest Michael Kruger will perform music by Mozart and Gliere for clarinet. Kruger's "Duet Etude” for clarinet and viola will be performed by himself and Carla Eugster. Tickets are available from all chorus members and are $2 for adults. Children under 12 will be admitted free.
