Mr. and Mrs. James Otis Nicholson of Washington have announced the engagement of their daughter, Priscilla Christine, to James Wesley Keys, Jr. son of Mr. and Mrs.- James Wesley Keys, Sr. of Culpeper. Miss Nicholson is a 1978 graduate of Rappahannock County High School. Mr. Keys is employed by Southland Cooperation in Culpeper.
The wedding has been planned for June 23.
