Customers at the Rappahannock Farmers Market on Friday and Saturday were overjoyed to hear that next week’s offerings will include strawberries, mustard greens and asparagus, according to market organizer Truman Keesey. In addition, several vendors reported that they expect to have black raspberries and cherries for sale soon.
The market now has 16 season-long members and expects to have more daily vendors participating as additional produce begins to come in. Quite a number of Maryland weekenders.
