Diane Lorraine Tuthill, daughter of Cdr. and Mrs. Donald Tuthill of Washington, graduated from the College of William and Mary at commencement exercises on Sunday, May 13. Diane received a bachelor of arts degree.
Jeffrey K. MacNelly, Pulitzer prize-winning cartoonist and illustrator of James J. Kilpatrick’s and Eugene McCarthy’s Political Bestiary, gave the commencement address. Virginia Governor John Dalton also made brief remarks.
