Soil Stewardship Week, which had its origins more than 1500 years ago, will be celebrated in Rappahannock County and throughout the United States and its territories on May 20-27, 1979, according to an announcement by Raymond R. Kite, Chairman of the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District.
