Mrs. Fannie Lilia Starks, 70, of Flint Hill died Saturday, August 18, 1979 in Warren Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted at the Macedonia Baptist Church, Flint Hill on Wednesday by the Rev. James Price. Burial was in the Starks family cemetery.
Mrs. Starks was born in Warren County, daughter of the late George and Cassie Dean Fletcher.
Surviving with her husband. Clarence Starks, are four sons. James Starks of Front Royal, Arthur Starks. Haywood Starks and Robert Starks, all of New York City; four daughters. Catherine Starks and Matilda Sizes, both of New York City. Edna Cooper of Baltimore. Md. and Anna Mae Starks of Front Royal; a brother William Fletcher of Front Royal; two sisters. Emma Fletcher and Eltie Smith, both of Front Royal.
