To the editor: First things first. I Edward Marshall Corbin of Amissville have had my name in the paper two or three times and each time it has not been right. It has been Edwin Corbin and Marshall Edward Corbin. It was put on the front page last week. The incident occurred April the first not May 8. I want to say this. That some one are some people went to a lot of trouble to get the court cases from Harrisonburg and have it printed in the county news.
Yes I am a candidate for Sheriff of this County and still am. I don’t give up that easy. I am looking forward to see if the Sheriff department trial will be printed in the county newspaper which also will be held in Harrisonburg. As far as the probation goes that can be dropped any time my probation officer ask the Judge James C. Turk to do so. And I am sure it will be shortly.
