INFORMATION The Constitution of Virginia requires that you registered in the precinct in which you live in order to qualified to vote. If you are currently living in Rappahannock County and you have moved your place of residence, either within the county or from another Virginia city or county, you must contact your General Registrar at the address shown below on Thursdays between the hours of 8: .10 to 4:10 on or before October ft. 1970. to chance your votinc recistration to your current place of residence or you may not be qualified to vote in tbe November ft General Elect ion. Only those persons who moved their residence since the November 7. 1978. General Election may be [termitted to return to their former precinct to vote.
