An affidavit having been made and filed that Thomas Norman Wood Jr., Frances S mitti Conoly Bedell, Jane Fletcher Higgins, Joan Coxe Lange, Main Coxe FYime and Joan FVime are not residents of this State; and the bill stating that there may be other persons, firms, corporations, associations, foundations, agencies, institutions or organizations, designated as beneficiaries in the last will and testament of Robert Eugene Wood as "the cancer and heart Kinds of Virginia," and designated as a beneficiary in the last will and testament of Virginia Fletcher Wood as "the State of Virginia organization or foundation engaged in research concerning ailments of the heart and heart trouble," which may be interested in the estate of Robert Eugene Wood, deceased, whose names and addresses are unknown, and making them parties defendant by the general description of "Parties Unknown."
